Our 8,500 square-foot facility features the latest in exercise and sports conditioning equipment. We are your one stop shop for hockey training and recreation and can accommodate athletes from all sports and all levels of fitness and performance, from beginners to high performance sport training athletes.


Equipment

We feature the following high-performance equipment in our facility:

  • Over 3,000 sq ft of turf
  • Prowlers
  • Olympic lifting platforms
  • Power cages
  • Plyometric boxes
  • Bands/bungees
  • Dumbbells
  • Sledgehammers
  • Slide boards

As well we incorporate proven old school tools and methods like tractor tires, sleds, ropes and kettle balls to ensure you are challenged to improve your total body strength and overall conditioning.

Team Training

Our Team Training sessions are a combination of team-building exercises along with strength and conditioning programs to help your team not only perform at their highest level but also build a cohesive team unit at the same time. Sessions are available during the following times during the fall, winter & spring:

WHEN TIMES PRICES
Monday – Friday 4:45P.M. – 9:30P.M. $205 plus GST per session Contact Adam Zeglen to register.
Saturday 11:30A.M. – 1:00P.M.

**Please note that Team Training is not available in the Summer. 


Athlete Training Program

For adults or elite athletes looking to have their own program tailored for their sport, needs, and goals. The Athlete Training Program (ATP) will allow you to train in small groups or on your own (usually 1 trainer to a max of 4 individuals). We give you the flexibility to create your training schedule based on your practice, game, and activity schedules, so as not to fatigue or cause muscle soreness at important times in the sport schedule. Athlete training is available by appointment.

Monday – Friday 6:15 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.

3:30 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.

Monthly $210 plus GST for 1 month of unlimited access to ATP

**Please note that Individual In-Season Training is not available in the Summer.


Adult Strength &  Conditioning Classes

Adult Strength & Conditioning (ASC) classes are for people of all types – from seasoned gym veterans to weekend warriors, to someone that wants to try something new to get into shape. All our classes are led by a qualified trainer who will take you through your workout. Classes are co-ed and run for approximately one hour in length. Fall and Winter ASC classes run at the following times:

Monday – Thursday 6:15 A.M. , 730A.M.
3:00 P.M. , and 7:30P.M
1 Month $155 plus GST for one month of unlimited access to classes

Monthly Recurring $120 plus GST (minimum 4 months) for unlimited classes

Drop-In $20
